We’re building one signed-in dashboard for Find, Flip, and Fund — saved properties, scan history, project tracking, and account data in one place. That backend isn’t live yet.

• Today Use Find on this site for suburb scans, and Flip on mobile for walkthroughs and estimates.
• Next Shared login + cloud save across products — no more bouncing into the Flip mobile shell from desktop Log in.

Flip is tuned for phones. On desktop you’ll see a mobile preview with a QR code — that’s expected until the Stage 2 dashboard ships.
