These terms govern your use of the Zorvo marketing website and any early-access features we make available. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Not financial or investment advice
Zorvo provides decision-support tools and information only. Nothing on this site or in linked products constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You must perform your own due diligence and obtain independent professional advice before making property or investment decisions.
No guarantee of outcomes
Estimates, suburb scores, opportunity signals, and project figures are indicative only. Actual costs, timelines, and returns may differ. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of data or features.
Paid Find reports
Find reports are one-off digital purchases in Australian dollars at the price shown before checkout. The report is generated or allocated for the suburb and email address entered at checkout and is normally delivered to that email address as a PDF. You are responsible for checking that the suburb and email address are correct before paying.
Property information, sale history, estimates, imagery, scores, and opportunity signals may come from third-party sources and stored scan inventory. Reports reflect the information available when the underlying scan was completed and may not include every property or the latest market event. A report is decision-support information only and does not guarantee that a property is available, off-market, suitable for renovation, or capable of producing a return.
If we cannot generate, allocate, or deliver the purchased report, contact hello@zorvo.com.au so we can re-send it, correct a delivery issue, provide a replacement where appropriate, or arrange a refund. Duplicate purchases should also be reported promptly. Except where required by the Australian Consumer Law, change-of-mind refunds are not offered after report generation or delivery has begun. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Zorvo Fund
Zorvo Fund (where offered) is for partner-matching and project presentation only. Zorvo does not hold client funds, arrange financial products, or provide credit. Any capital arrangement is solely between you and third parties.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with our systems.
- Do not scrape third-party imagery or data in violation of provider terms (including map or Street View providers).
- Do not rely on the site for emergency or time-critical decisions.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and software are owned by Zorvo or licensors. You may not copy or redistribute materials except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zorvo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or linked products. Our total liability for any claim relating to the marketing site is limited to AUD $100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (if any), whichever is greater where such a cap is not prohibited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Courts in the State or Territory of your principal place of business in Australia (or Victoria if unspecified) have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
