Zorvo Flip is a renovation scope and budget app for Australian flippers and renovators. Walk a property room by room, lock the scope and get installed-cost ranges (materials + labour, no builder margin) before you buy or brief trades.

Basic: A$19/month

Basic unlocks the whole Flip app, including Budget.

• Room-by-room walkthrough on your phone
• Scope locked per room
• Installed-cost range per room (materials + labour, no builder margin)
• Compare up to 3 quotes against your own walkthrough estimate
• Budget: track quotes and payments, paid versus remaining
• 1 Zorvo Find run included

AI features such as valuations, suburb data and portfolio reviews use AI credits, which you can buy.

Premium: A$39/month (coming soon)

Premium isn't available to buy yet. When it launches, it will include everything in Basic, plus:

• 3 Zorvo Find runs included (instead of 1)
• 10 AI credits each month, for valuations, suburb data and portfolio reviews

AI credits don't roll over to the next month. Extra Find runs and extra AI features are paid for, or use AI credits.

What does installed cost mean?

Flip's ranges are installed cost: materials plus labour to supply and install, with no builder margin added. A builder's quote may add margin on top, so use Flip's range as your baseline when you compare quotes.

Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars, billed monthly. A$19/month is the full price for Basic.
